Marquee Hire News from The White Marquee Company http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/ Latest news on marquee hire in the North West, Cheshire, Manchester and Liverpool including marquee projects for The White Marquee Company. http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/images/whitemarqueeco-logo.gif Marquee Hire Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool Marquee Guide http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/ A summer full of festivals with Great British Food Festival http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/news/?i=30
Its our 3rd year of providing the platform for the Great British Food Festival. This year the guys have booked 7 venues and we will be providing a number of marquees for all of their events. From Derbyshire, Yorkshire, Shropsire, Lancashire and back to Cheshire over weekends throughout the summer.

The first event took place on Bank Holiday weekend of 3rd to 5th May at Hardwick Hall near Chesterfield. We joined the other businesses setting up on the Thursday before with two huge Clearspan marquees - housing over 80 local producers. We setup the Chef Demo tent and staging for both the bands and the Men Vs Food Challenges (that chilli challange looked truly frightening!).

The weekend was a massive success, with over 15000 people attending. Daniel Maycock, event organiser said, "We would be lost without the help of The White Marquee Co. They always provide fantastic quality marquees, delivered and erected around our timescales - whats more they help us to find solutions to improve and develop our festivals."

Were looking forward to the next one, in just 10 days time. Its at Harewood House, near Leeds. If you are interested in joining hiring a marquee (and fancy a nice day out) then come down and see our marquees in situ... but I would avoid joining in on that Man Vs Food Challenge tho!!
Mon, 12 May 2014 13:46:53 GMT Spring in Cheshire, or is it still winter?! http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/news/?i=29 The forecasters have had their hands full in 2014. Its made taking decisions for you event planners even harder than normal. With soggy ground and driving rain and winds you may have been considering taking your event indoors. We can offer solutions to your Siberian Spring problems. Our marquees are German made - they are stronger and more durable than many other marquees on offer around Cheshire. We can offer flooring and heating solutions too! Dont change your plans, let us help you!! Mon, 24 Mar 2014 15:55:57 GMT The Trapeze Marquee beats the Capri Marquee hands down! http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/news/?i=28 Yes we love our new Trapeze Marquees! We wanted something new and exciting so have added three to our stock for 2014. At a glance, the Trapeze looks similar to the Capri but the Trapeze is all-weather - suitable throughout the entire year. It can withstand wind gusts of 50mph and wont leak water when connected together. It is also larger so you get more for your money and uses a ratchet system which can enable us to tighten the marquee so that the marquee is drum skin tight. All in all stronger, waterproof and bigger. There is already a high demand for these structures so book early! This year we hosted both a Charity Fashion Show and the Annual Club Ball. We really appreciated your hard work in getting the marquee ready in time for the fashion show and especially for coming to the rescue with the catwalk! Both events were a great success and all our guests were impressed with the venue. Sat, 19 Dec 2009 12:00:00 GMT Birthdays, Christmas and New Year Parties at the Robinhos (Manchester City FC) http://www.thewhitemarquee.co.uk/news/?i=17
The White Marquee Co provided the marquees for the second year running for the famous Brazilian footballer at his Cheshire home. The 12 x 20m marquee was up for about a month allowing the family to host numerous celebrations in the privacy of their own home. Without ever having to step outside, the marquee was seamlessly connected to the house via a tunnel out to the marquee. For each event, lighting (by Lightech), linings and furnishings were changed to fit the occasion. In spite of sub-zero temperatures outside the marquee was always heated to a very comfortable temperature.
Sat, 12 Dec 2009 12:00:00 GMT
